What Is Your Return Policy ?

Returns WILL NOT be accepted without an RMA number.  Our customer service department will provide RGA numbers upon notification by customer via email at orders@merolatile.us.

All returned merchandise must be in unopened, original cartons and will not be accepted more than 30 days after delivery or pick up from our warehouse.

Ceramic tile must be stacked upright, not flat and skids should be sufficiently wrapped to ensure there is no breakage on return to Merola Tile.

Absolutely no loose or broken pieces of tile will be accepted as returned items. All orders must be checked thoroughly prior to signing for materials delivered or picked up from Merola warehouse.

No claims for damaged materials will be eligible for return unless they are made prior to acceptance of shipment.  All items must be packed sufficiently.  All returned merchandise is subject to 25% restocking fee.  There are NO Returns on setting materials (glue, grout, thinset).
